  1. Mammoth is soft even at opening but still a ton of fun. A ridiculous amount of snow everywhere still with nearly 100% coverage on the open runs. Up top is still very deep.
  2. Fully agreed. Today was pretty awesome, particularly considering it is pretty much summer! I was just in a tshirt by the end of the day, but it wasn't even all that sticky.
  3. I'm about to head up to Mammoth right now!
  4. Mammoth for me next weekend and likely a couple more times in June and July. There are rumors that they might try to stay open all summer!
  5. I can't believe that is still up and accepting orders. Who's even paying the hosting bill?
  6. I'm glad that I was able to make it for a little bit of this early in the week. I saw Eric today at June and he definitely wants all of us back for an event next year.
  7. I hit June the week before and many of us just made it up to Kirkwood for TTC. Bomber themselves made an impromptu appearance the weekend after, however I don't think anything formal has been planned. I am going to try to be up there both this coming weekend as well as closing weekend.
  8. Thanks! One final question, sorry so many, it looks like I'm going to ride Kirkwood only Monday/Wednesday. The 2 day ticket on the site, is it a 2 of 3 day? Or must it be two consecutive days?
  9. Hi Jim, I tried but I'm not seeing how I get set up for the days that I'll be there. The option is just for the banquet, right? It looks like I'm going to be there Monday-Wed only. If I just get a 3-day lift ticket, I can still access the demos and apres? Thanks for your help with this.
  10. I'll be sure to try to help keep it alive as before. Last year was the only one that I actually missed. The first one, I think back in 2007, we had a full fleet of demos from Donek, Madd and Catek. It would be great to bring that back. Carl and Eric certainly support us there at June.
  11. Is it possible to get a partial package? I need to head back down to SoCal during the day on Thursday, but am trying to make it to ride at least from Monday through Wednesday.
  12. This is great info. This might make my 180 usable again! I was looking into helicoiling but have been putting it off.
  13. Hi, beautiful board! But, a little confusion. First post says built for 180, then ridden at 200 then built at 160. I'm on the lower end of that scale. Can we get a clarification?
  14. Looks like SkiMD/Mike DeSantis is out of the snowboard prep/tuning business. I got a note from him today stating that he is only working on skis going forward. Big bummer for the alpine snowboard carving community! I'm glad I got my MK and latest Nirvana in through him before our time was up.
  15. Westin is very nice if the price range works for you. Village too, simply for the convenience. If you have a big group and want to stay mostly slopeside, try the Bridges condos. They are fairly nice and right on the runs by the Eagle Lodge side of the mountain.
